My journey into caregiving began many years ago when I realized my passion for helping others, especially those in their golden years who may need a little extra support. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with seniors from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs, and each experience has enriched my life in countless ways.

I believe that caregiving is not just a job but a calling—a calling to make a difference in the lives of those who have contributed so much to our communities and society. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks, providing companionship, or offering emotional support, I approach each day with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for the seniors under my care.

About Denise

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me.  I am Denise Resnick and I have dedicated my life to providing compassionate care for those in need.

I am a natural born caregiver.  Starting at a young age I was a latchkey kid after school taking care of my younger sisters, which eventually morphed into me being the neighborhood babysitter!  And, now, I've been a Mom for 20 years to beautiful boy/girl twins.  My daughter was born mentally and physically disabled as well as medically fragile.  As the caregiver of my daughter, over all of these years, I've become a semi-expert within the medical world.  As of recent, my daughter is now living in a residential facility. 
 

Outside of caregiving, I enjoy spending time with my own family, exploring nature, and engaging in activities that nourish my mind, body & soul.

So when my mom needed to go to a doctor's appointment, I wasn't sure what to do. Especially since my mom uses a scooter. Denise was able to go to my mom's apartment, help her into her scooter, get her situated in the van and to her appointment on time. Instead of leaving and making my mom call and wait for her after the appointment, Denise stayed with her and provided companionship while waiting and helped get my mom safely home."
